Dear Valued Customers,
If you are experiencing low water pressure, we want to assure you that we are actively addressing the problem. Currently, we are only using one well to supply water to the town. We have already ordered two new pumps and motors for the Jefferson Well. Once these parts arrive, our team will move quickly to install them and restore service to the Jefferson Well. This will help return water pressure to normal levels.
In the meantime, we kindly ask all residents to conserve water whenever possible to help support our community during this period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
Thank you,
Elfrida Water Improvement District
Estimados y valiosos clientes,
Gracias,
Elfrida Water Improvement District

Dear Valued Customers,
We understand that some of you have concerns regarding the brownish color appearing in your water. Please be assured that Western Water Works has thoroughly tested our wells, and all results have confirmed the water is free from bacteria and safe for consumption. The test results, which we have attached for your reference, show clear and satisfactory findings.
The discoloration is due to minor sediment, which does not impact the safety of the water. For any further questions, feel free to contact our office during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 2:00PM at 520-642-1290. We are committed to your well-being and will conduct another round of water testing in March.
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
