- Discussion/Possible Action: Field Operator Reports about wells β 24% loss of water, working to replace all broken meters, replaced commercial meter on Gleeson, next in line country cafΓ© meter on list to get fixed, Tuesday 14th afternoon Pride Drilling will start setting up and start early Wednesday 15th, Ron Molina is still looking for leaks in town. Finished Install of 10 meters at Gleeson well. Installing concrete post at Gleeson well to protect meters from getting run over.
- Discussion/Possible Action: – Robin, Manager gives report β IRS, advocate will be helping us finished taxed from 2019, we will set up payment arrangements with IRS, paid down to $15K. Brought in $1,056.00 as profit after expenses.
- Discussion/Possible Action: Purchasing company truck from Dan Zamora β 1991 Ford Pickup Truck, it needs fuel injectors and a battery. The price for the truck is $1,500. Unknown mileage. Reyna Motions to purchase the truck and Annette 2nd
- Discussion/Possible Action: 275 Gallon Tote Container Purchase β Container Exchange in Tucson, AZ has 275 Gallon totes, $95 each, minimum of 12 totes for purchases and EWID sells to the public for $200. Annette Motions to purchase 14 (275 Gallons) totes 2nd by Jim
- Discussion/Possible Action: Policies on Deposits βStart up fee raised to $200 as of 01/13/25. The payment history of property will be used to determine what the deposit will be and/or a credit check. Motion made by Jim/ Annette 2nd
- Topics for Next Meeting β Salary Schedule for tax income. Expenses with wells.
